This course, taught by a local Sardinian woman with extensive culinary experience, has been developed around typical Sardinian cuisine, enabling you to bring the taste of Sardinia back to your home table. Students are able at the end of every lesson to taste of the cooked dishes. The lessons are given two times a week, for three hours each session.

Students will be taught, by a master jeweller, the ancient techniques of the granulation and filigree, characteristics of the Sardinian jewellery. The lessons are given twice a week, for three hours each session.

In this course students will learn freehand rendering, graphic, and pictorial techniques utilized in jewellery design. Creative and unique expression, will be paired with the traditional Sardinian techniques of jewellery design. The lessons are given twice a week, for three hours each session.

This course teaches the basics of sketching, and the pictorial techniques utilized in the painting. Students are taught to recreate the ancient techniques and typical style of Sardinian painting tile. The course held twice a week, for three hours each session.
